Digital Supply Chains and the Human Factor —

On 10th and 11th of December 2018, an international research forum connected to the Club of Florence network was organized at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen, Germany.

The objective of the academic event was defined as follows: In order to foster the dialogue between business practice and academics as well as university teaching and research, the Research Forum is establishing a science discourse among students, academic and corporate speakers. The topic is the digitalization of production, logistics and supply chains leading to new requirements for human capabilities and collaboration. Selected presentations will be published in a contributed book (Springer LNL, springer.com/series/11220) for further transfer and discussion.

The program and presentation titles can be found in this short overview right here: 2018 Research Forum Göttingen.
